MDK v5.25 pre-release
Keil MDK is the most comprehensive software development solution for Arm-based microcontrollers and includes all components that you need to create, build, and debug embedded applications.
MDK Version 5.25 pre 2 introduces support for ULINKplus and allows to explore basic features of the new integrated power measurement.
New: Power Measurement and I/Os for Test Automation
The new ULINKplus debug probe provides isolated JTAG/serial-wire and isolated power measurement connections to the target hardware. Measurement views are tightly integrated into the uVision debugger to allow detailed analysis of power consumption and software flow.
The System Analyzer in the µVision IDE combines power measurement and software events in a powerful dashboard.
New: Editor Improvements
Dynamic Syntax Checking is extended to grey-out inactive source code in the editor.
Keywords that have contextual help (F1) available will be highlighted with a light grey underline.
New: ARM Compiler 6.9
The execution performance of generated code improved by an average of 10% compared to Version 6.7.
Execution of FPMark for example improved by 14% on Cortex-M4 targets (see illustration above).

New: Extended Event Recorder Logging
The buffer of the Event Recorder can be saved to a comma-separated file (*.csv), using the new ER debug command.
Use Event Recorder logging to archive logs from validation runs or compare different logs from different stages of development.
